新京極「グリルデミワイズバーガー」
この日は仕事で外回り。
ちょうど良いタイミングでハンバーガーショップを発見！
四条通りから花遊小路という商店街を進んで行けば「グリルデミワイズバーガー」さんがあります。
正確には新京極通りですが、ちょっと細い道なのでややこしいですね。
「グリルデミ」という丸太町のハンバーグ屋さんの系列とのことです。
２階でゆっくり！
注文と会計を１階のカウンターで済ませて２階で待つシステム。
ピークタイムずらせば貸切状態！ラッキー！
おしゃれな店内ですね〜！
ワイズバーガーコンボ1180円
頼んだのは店名がついている名物的立ち位置のバーガー。
バンズの上に「Y」の字のポテトが乗ってて可愛い。
畳んだレタスがシャキシャキ、その下のみじん切りの玉ねぎがさらにシャキシャキ。
パティはジューシーかつ玉ねぎがまたシャキッと良い口当たり。
オリジナルデミソースの存在感が良い。
ドロっとからむチェダーチーズが濃いめでそそるしベーコンがいい香りよくパンチ効いてます。
バンズはもちもち！！肉汁を良く吸って美味い！
ハンバーガーも美味いんですが、この付け合わせのポテトが美味すぎて驚き。
ホックホクのクリーミーな口どけが最高。
これ+300円でドリンクとポテトついてるんでマストでしょ。
