ランチに大好物のハンバーガーです。
洋食屋さんの系列のハンバーガー屋さんとのことです。
ワイズバーガーセットを注文します。
セットにはドリンクとサラダかポテトが付けることができます。
私はサラダをつけ、ジンジャエールをチョイスします。
ハンバーガーは、ふわふわのバンズに、
パティ、ベーコン、チーズ、オニオン、トマト、レタスが挟まっています。
ソースが絶品です。
食欲を掻き立てるデミグラスに似た味のソースです。
トマト、レタスが大きめで味がしっかり出ているのが良かったです。
一方で、パティの存在感がそこまで強くない印象を受けたので、肉肉しいハンバーガーが好きな私には物足りなさも感じてしまいました。
ハンバーガーの難しい点ですが、ソースがサラサラ目なので、終盤になるとほとんど全てのソースがハンバーガー袋に落ちてしまうのが勿体無かったです。
やはりハンバーガーは、ソースが落ちないうちに即食べるに限ります。
ソースが好みの味で、印象に残るハンバーガーでした。
