【四条】お好み焼きは ここやねん
お友達に誘われてお好み焼き♪
河原町通に面した建物の二階。以前パンケーキ屋さんがあった場所にオープンされたお好み焼き「ここやねん」さん。
関西で粉もんと言うとやはり「お好み焼き」か「たこ焼き」ですよね。
でもこちらの推しは「もんじゃ」！
しかも「京風塩もんじゃ」。
なんじゃ？というわけでチャレンジしてみました。
●カマンベールもんじゃ
しかもカマンベール。どーんと丸ごとカマンベールを鉄板に置き、その周りをぐるりと具材がアラウンド。
じゃーっ！とシャバシャバタネを流し入れ、店長さんの見事なコテ捌きでリズミカルに刻まれてゆきます。
季節柄、クリスマスツリーの形に焼いてもらえるサービスも！
仕上げにベビースターをトッピング。
小さなヘラで押しつける様にすくって食べます。
面白い！ベビースターで食感もあるし、ぺちゃっとした中にお野菜のシャキシャキ間もいい感じ。なにより出汁の効いた塩味が関西人に合ってます。
もんじゃって美味しいもんですね！
●明太子餅チーズ玉
こちらはお好み焼き。
トロンと溶けるチーズとお餅でダブルに糸引く！明太子の旨味も加わって美味しい。
女子ウケ間違いなしです。
