河原町蛸薬師交差点(上島珈琲店の上)に出来たお好み焼き屋さん。毎日11時からの営業で｢昼飲みにも使えそう！｣と思い偵察がてら(^^)広島焼きも長い事食べてないし。
注文はタッチパネル。私が乾燥してるのか、中々反応しないタッチパネル(-- )焼いてる人もホールさんも皆若い店員さん。席に着いたらテーブルの鉄板に火を付けてくれます。
広島焼き食べる前にビールのアテに～と頼んだ物は変な順に出て来た(^^;)
上ホルモン炒め…結構待った割りにジューとも言わず湯気も上がってない。けど熱々。器が温められてないから？味噌っぽいお酒のすすむ味(^^)
きゅうりの浅漬けスティック…生姜が添えられ、醤油も持って来てくれたけど、結構塩っぱい。
枝豆…温かい状態。コレも中々塩がきいてます。
牡蠣のバター焼き…レモンと葱添え。レモンをギューッと絞って頂く。
広島焼き・ミックス…広島焼きは｢豚｣と｢ミックス｣の２種類。太目の麺と豚・イカ・海老・帆立入りと豪華版！厚みもあり食べごたえ充分(^_^)b
アルコールは４杯。
若いお客さんばっかりかな～と思ったけどそうでも無く、ちょっと安心(^^;)
そんなに高くもなく、気軽に入れてソコソコ美味しい！きっと又行きます(^^)
