2月22日の夜に【お好み焼は ここやねん 四条河原町店】さんへ行ってきました。
河原町蛸薬師にあるお好み焼き・鉄板焼きのお店です。
面白い名前ですよね。
お好み焼きを食べるならここやでって完全に言うてます。
攻めてていいですねー。
これでおいしくなかったらやばいので自店にプレッシャーがかかっています。
いざ入店。
席の壁が高いのでどの程度お客さんが入っているのかわかりませんが、おそらく満席に近い状態です。
なによりもスタッフの数が多い。
自分が経営者だったら3人ぐらい減らしたいです。
でもみんなテキパキ仕事してて雰囲気はすごくよかったです。
社員やアルバイトの教育にしっかり力を入れているのが何となく伝わってきます。
ドリンクもチューハイ390円と繁華街にしては安い価格設定。
そしてお料理は基本的になにを食べてもおいしかったです。
オープンキッチンで調理しているので言い方が悪いですが、変なことできませんもんね。

わたしが到着する前にすでに結構食べていたようで後半の炭水化物ばかりになってしまいました。
もんじゃ焼きに関しては、ホールスタッフが目の前で食べれる状態までしっかり調理してくれます。
かなり手際がよくてすばらしい。
スタッフの数は多いけど、みんなしっかり仕事を見つけて働いています。
意識が高いですね。
ここでアルバイトしたらいい社会経験になるでしょう。
こういうのって私的にはお店の評価が上がる要因になります。
