小芋天ぷら～カリっアマっ。
鯛の子・タイの白子～素材活かしまくり。
からすみ餅～定番の美味しさ。
毛蟹～この季節はこれですね。
鱧焼霜～京都と言えば鱧どす。
鰹塩タタキ～さっぱりした脂と絶妙な塩加減。
うど天ぷら～うどの大木ではない軽く塩で甘さ倍増。
白バイ貝ズイキ葛びき～ほっこり休憩。
ウナギ八幡巻～タレの甘さ噛んだ後の広がるウナギの旨味これ絶品。
鳥唐揚げ～定番です。
出汁巻き～定番です。
