This will be a slightly staggered post. I was looking for where the photo went, but I found it in my old smartphone. This is from last year. In a campaign at the time, the official announcement was that you could eat Kuroge Wagyu beef Ramen with egg for 1,000 yen, and Instagrammers were also advertising the same thing, but when I went to eat it, Ramen didn't have egg and was written in a small box at the bottom of the menu. It was written as 1000 yen excluding tax. I was also told that there was a one-drink system, so if you included one drink and an egg, it would cost 1,870 yen. ■As soon as I entered the restaurant, there was a table seat, and there was a counter seat in the back. ■Impressions This Ramen has raw beef on it, so it was grilled on the Ramen as soon as it was served. A small plate containing salt was placed next to the bowl, and we were told to eat the meat with salt first. It's true that meat tastes better when eaten with salt. Next, when I tried eating the meat with Ramen soup, I found it too fatty and a little tough, so I ate the rest with salt. The noodles were made by Menya Soto, so they were delicious, but Ramen was soy sauce-based and the beef fat was sticky, making it a bit dull. While I was eating, it seemed like an Instagrammer had come to the store, and when I heard the staff asking for a larger portion for the Instagrammer, I realized that there was a difference between serving for advertising and serving the general public. I was made to do so.
