[b:[Review]] Right in the middle of Shimizu Gojo Station (Kyoto) and Gion Shijo Station. Kishi Tuna, which was in the direction of Kawaramachi, has been relocated to the opposite side of the Kamo River. It's gone from an old-fashioned house to a stylish restaurant with a modern Japanese setting, but the food is as good as ever (^_^). I visited for the purpose of pushing Sushi, but the new restaurant seems to be focusing on nigiri. The one-dish food is also decent. However, it is still classic to have the traditional Kyoto Sushi at this restaurant. It is a famous restaurant where you can enjoy the wonders of Kyoto cuisine at a reasonable price! ----------------------------------------- Founded in 1914, the long-established Sushi restaurant Kishi Tuna moved from Kawaramachi to the other side of the Kamo River. It's been a long time since I've been in Kansai, but I can't (^_^) ignore this The relocation destination is right in the middle of Shimizu Gojo and Gion Shijo. It is an area with a good atmosphere where many old shops remain in the beautiful cityscape. By the way, the road in front of the store is a narrow alley, but it seems to be a loophole for taxis, so the traffic was reasonable. The previous restaurant was a small house, but the new restaurant is on the first floor of the building. However, I'm very happy (^_^) that the sign is the same as before. The interior of the restaurant has a modern Japanese interior and has 5 counter seats and 6 table seats. Ita-san and the woman in charge of the hall are in charge of the business. The menu is the same as before, and I have the impression that Kyo Sushi is pushing various nigiri and Sushi to the front. There are also a lot of one-dish dishes ~ My target is the push of mackerel that has begun to get fat unique to this time of year Sushi! Conger eel is also hard to throw away, so let's get it ^m^ Of course, it is Japan sake (Tatsuya Special Honshu 180ml) to match. It came out in a bamboo tube, but this is the same production as the previous store. [b:・Thin-skinned ponzu sauce 1000 yen] A light dish before pressing Sushi is finished. The ponzu sauce has a fresh sourness that is typical of Kyoto, and you can drink it alone. The sea bream is slightly thin and shiny. There is fat on the skin and it goes well with ponzu sauce. This dish is truly a taste (^_^) of Kyoto [B: ・ Pressed Sushi Mackerel and Conger eel (grilled)] Mackerel Sushi is a mackerel that is cut in half and can be eaten in one bite. A new job that didn't exist before. Sometimes it's the time of year when the mackerel fat starts to get on, but this mackerel Sushi is so delicious! I was also asked (^_^) if the conger eel was grilled or boiled. I'm worried, but if it's Kansai, it's probably grilled conger eel. It was probably the right answer in the results. Roasted conger eel has a savory flavor even when pressed Sushi, and it enhances the deliciousness not only in taste but also in aroma. ----------------------------------------- [b: [Lastly]] This time, it's an assortment of only two of my favorite items, but if it's a box Sushi that interweaves other items, it seems to be (^_^) quite fun to look at It may be for overseas tourists that they are also focusing on nigiri Sushi, but if it is a chance, I would like to have a Sushi that is typical of Kyoto. Today's bill is 3770 yen. It was a treat.
