焼肉【焼肉やまちゃん】京都
お兄さんはなんと富小路やま岸の山岸さん！弟さんが営む和と焼肉が融合した 焼肉やまちゃん 。
コース焼肉で焼き師アテンドなので同行者とゆっくり話しながら焼肉を食べたい時にこういう店は有り難い。
横に長いカウンター席で照明も明るく写真も撮りやすい。
笑った時の顔がお兄さんそっくりな山岸さん（弟）も笑顔が素敵で明るく楽しい接客をしてくれます。
息子さんも店で働いていて若いのに親譲りのコミュ力を見せてくれる。笑
焼きも丁寧で美味しく焼いてくれました！
コースはかなりボリュームもあるのでしっかり満腹になれる構成。
◆田村牛サーロインユッケ
卵とタレ。薄くスライスされ脂もくどくなく甘い！
◆香箱蟹とミノのジュレ酢かけ
これこそ和食のアプローチ！まさか焼肉屋で香箱蟹と出汁のジュレが頂けるとは。ミノの食感の合わせ方が凄い。
◆牛ユッケ
肉の細かいカットが良く赤身の旨みを感じられるユッケ。
牛型に成形され牧場を歩いてる感じを演出した遊び心があるスペシャリテ。
◆キムチ
おかわり自由のキムチを摘みに。
◆ホルモン煮込み
コクのある出汁で柔らかく煮込まれたホルモン煮込み。
◆タン、ツラミ、椎茸の春巻き
細切りのタンやツラミの食感もよく中華風の味付けも良い。サクサクパリパリに揚げられた肉春巻き。
◆タン元
ジューシーでプリプリな食感が良いタン元を薄切りカットで片面しっかり反面軽めで焼いて。ネギ塩との相性抜群で美味い。
◆大根サラダ
揚げられたとろろスルメの食感がアクセントに薄くスライスされた大根と胡麻ドレッシングがマッチして美味い。
◆サーロインすき焼き
ロースターの上にすき焼き鍋を置いて沸騰したらサーロインを投入してしゃぶしゃぶ。
椎茸、ネギ、豆腐が入っていて、最後にカイワレをさっとしゃぶしゃぶして卵に付けて。
◆ツラミ、マルシン、みすじ、ハラミ、クリミ
大将の息子さんに焼いてもらった。
焼肉のタレとさっぱりタレでオススメの食べ方を教えてもらいながら美味しく頂いた！
◆ハツ、コリコリ、シマチョウ
この辺りからかなりお腹もぱんぱんに。しっかりボリューム！
