久しぶりの京都
いつもは和食が絶対だった京都
今回は初肉
新店のえばたさんへ！
京都は食にはかなりこだわりが強い印象なので期待して来店！
コースのみのスタイルで、焼いてくれるスタイル
割り箸で焼いてくれるのですが、結構跳ねてくるよ脂さん 笑
前掛けが途中から登場して、スタートから行こよ！

最初に前菜的なキャベツ、キムチ、コーンが入ったポテトサラダ
次に刺し的な肉が登場！
そしてメインの焼肉でしたが、感想は！
刺しでポン酢で食べた肉刺しは脂の美味いと肉の旨みと鮮度が重なって美味い！
その他…
個人的な感想ですが、刺し肉、焼肉、ホルモンには筋的な硬さがあって、見た目より…
新鮮な肉を使っているのは分かりました！
それと肉好きな私にしては、一つ一つのカットが小さいかな 笑
薄いと思うような…
2切れあった方が味伝わるかも！
写メが途中で抜けてますが、小ぶりなカットでミノ系のホルモンもありました
今後に期待です！
最後、赤セン知ってますかぁ？
との事でしたが、私はかなり知ってます！笑笑
