ビルの2階にひっそりと佇む隠れ家的なフレンチレストランです。数組のみの完全予約制なので、京都の観光地のど真ん中ですがゆったりと食事を楽しむことができます。
ずっと気になっていたお店で、ようやく訪問することができました。（ダイナースクラブのレストランウィークで利用しました）
全ての料理が手の込んだものばかりで、見た目も美しく、そして美味しかったです。特に秋刀魚、梨、水茄子、シャインマスカットを使ったサラダは絶品でした。
複雑な味わいをジェルが包み込んでいて、肝のソースがアクセントとなって素晴らしかったです。ペアリングのロゼワインとも完璧に合いました。
最後のデザートの桃のパフェも美味しすぎました。このパフェだけでお店を出しても良いくらいだと思います。
4種類のワインペアリングを頼みましたが、どれも美味しかったです。特に、お肉と合わせたブルゴーニュのピノノワールは美味しかったです。フランスワインの価格は高騰してきていますが、とても良いものを選ばれていると思います。
このお店は、京都で数少ない本格的なフレンチを提供するお店の一つだと思います。シェフもスタッフの接客も素晴らしかったです。
