Here's what I got ♡ Omelette Rice Hamburg ▶︎ Plain ▶︎ Komatsuna from Kyoto First of all, I will say that Omelette Rice here is surprisingly delicious. The eggs are fluffy and soft-boiled. The exquisite combination of eggs and rich demi-glace knocks you down. The rice is also solid. It seems that they use stewed tomato sauce, so I was impressed by the ketchup rice, which had a super rich vegetable and tomato flavor.The Hamburg inside was plump and thick, and had a great texture.It was very juicy and tender, with just the right amount of juice and flavor.
