金曜日の夜に訪問です。予約して行きましたが、まずは前菜とお椀、お刺身をコースとして事前に注文して、その後アラカルトという構成になっています。
前菜は巻物も出てくるなどお腹空いていることを考えてくれていて好感。お椀は出汁がしっかり効いていて美味。太刀魚とよもぎ餅のお椀です。お刺身は鯛の昆布締めなど白身です。
アラカルトでは花山椒と筍の牛すき煮、だし巻き玉子、地鶏と芹の梅あえ、万願寺とうがらしの炭焼き、煮蛸、桜ますとアスパラの土鍋ごはん、まあまあ頼みました。ビールからスタートですが、日本酒を3杯くらい飲むと伝えて、辛口からスタートで少しづつ濃いめにと伝えましたが、最後だけ超辛口になっていて、オーダー取ったお姉さんが途中で帰ってしまったせいか。。
味は全て二重丸以上です。だし巻きは京都で食べた中でもトップクラスかも。花山椒の牛すき煮は量もちょうど良くこの日のベストかな。お店はほぼいっぱいで観光客も多い印象。入り口に近いカウンターの席でしたので大将とは接点なかったですが、なかなかこだわりありそうな大将なので、次回以降楽しみです。また参ります！
