店名通りに、真鯛を使った「鯛めし」と「鯛そば」が頂けますよ。
オーダーした【鯛そば】（1000円）は、鯛のアラ・野菜・雑魚やの一番出汁を合わせた自慢のスープは、鶏ガラや豚骨とは違う上品な香りが広がります。
自家製の細麺ともマッチ。
チャーシューの変わりに熟成された鯛の炙り、ネギソース、紫玉ねぎと、今までにないビジュアルの一杯です。
