そしてぷりっとしてて濃厚♡
スープは鴨白湯で
100%鴨に塩と醤油で整えた濃厚すぎるスープ！旨みと香りが凝縮されていて
良質な脂とコラーゲンたっぷり。
これがもう美味しすぎて飲み干してしまった。
おかわりしたかった！
麺も細麺でつるつる、スープがよく絡む！
目の前に置いてある薬味
鴨焦がし醤油、鴨ラー油、鴨のネギオイルで味変もいいよ(^ ^)
夜は鴨しゃぶとかもしてるからまた食べに行きたいな
