上質なお肉を落ち着いた和の空間で楽しめます。
今回は朱鷺コース(¥22,000)のすき焼きをいただきました。

最高級の和牛を堪能できるコースとの説明があるように、お肉の美味しさは抜群です。
特に、田村牛のヒレは口に入れた瞬間とろけるほどの柔らかさです。すき焼きでは珍しく分厚いお肉で、肉本来の旨味を存分に味わえました。
牛ロースの野菜巻きは、中に入っているアボカドの濃厚さとお肉の相性が抜群でした。
また、香の物がとても美味しく、細かい部分まで気を抜かないきらくらしさが表れているなと感じました。
オープンしたばかりでオペレーションに慣れていない部分も少し感じましたが、間違いない美味しさでした。
今は予約も取りやすいので、早めの訪問が良さそうです。
