甘辛く炊いたかんぴょうやイカのそぼろなどを酢飯に混ぜ、間に焼き穴子を挟み、上から錦糸卵をたっぷりと。食欲をそそる見た目も鮮やかな蒸しずし。具材一つひとつに丁寧な仕事がされていて、味が深い。注文を受けてから15分蒸すため、ご飯粒の芯までしっかり温か。むしずし並1400円。11月〜3月末までの限定。
