寒い日ほど注文の多い冬の定番、末廣のむしずし。
甘辛く炊いたかんぴょうやイカのそぼろなどを酢飯に混ぜ、間に焼き穴子を挟み、上から錦糸卵をたっぷりと。食欲をそそる見た目も鮮やかな蒸しずし。具材一つひとつに丁寧な仕事がされていて、味が深い。注文を受けてから15分蒸すため、ご飯粒の芯までしっかり温か。むしずし並1400円。11月〜3月末までの限定。 |
歴史を感じる老舗のお寿司屋さん。京都の冬の名物11月〜3月限定蒸し寿し並1980円を注文。丼に入ったちらしずしがアツアツに蒸されてる。具は海老、麩、銀杏、玉子、焼穴子、かんぴょう、椎茸、きくらげ。温かい酢飯は合わなかったけど、食後も体の中からポカポカしてる。昔の京都の人の知恵を体験できる。
