地下鉄烏丸御池駅の1番出口からすぐのところにあるお蕎麦屋さん。
土曜の12時前に到着。
5,6人が並んでいた。
運良く15~20分くらいで入店。
8人座れるL字のカウンター。
にしん茄子おろし(1,200円)と田舎十割もり(900円)の大盛り(+400円)を注文。
お蕎麦に＋３００円で４品セット「うの花、いなり、そば豆富、生ゆば」がつけられるが、もう売り切れとのこと。
早すぎる。。。
職人魂の溢れる店主。
北海道産の最高級玄蕎麦を使用し、毎日使う分だけを石臼にかけお蕎麦を作る。
にしん茄子おろしから。
冷やしの蕎麦でにしんって初めてやわ。珍しい。
にしんはほんまに好きやわあ。美味しい。
蕎麦は細くてコシがある。
美味しいねえ。
次は田舎十割もりの大盛り。
ん！！！美味しい！！！
絶対10割蕎麦に変更するべき。
細いけどコクもあり、蕎麦の香りが強い。
それだけ蕎麦をしっかり感じられるが、舌触りも良き。
期待していた上に美味しかった。
さすが京都の人気店ですな。
店を出る頃には10割蕎麦が売り切れていた。
ランチセットも10割蕎麦も売り切れてしまうので、休日なら開店時に行くのがおすすめです！
