2023年8月22日から営業を再開されています。
先客2名で、私と入れ替えに数名と、人気店のようですね。
空いているカウンター席に座って、十割のもりをいただきます。
運ばれて来るまで数分と早い！
蕎麦の量は、思った以上に多い！
これは有りがたい！
私は蕎麦通には勝てませんが、麺類全般に好きで蕎麦も味わいます。
食感＆つゆの味わいは良いのですが、香りが足りないかな？って思いました。
それでも蕎麦湯の味わいも入れて、大満足です。
