烏丸一条下ル、「とらや一条店」の南側のマンション一階にお店があります。
昼でも夕食のメニューが頂けるカウンター7席のこじんまりとしたお店です。
今回は夜の15000円のお料理でお願いしました。
蘇の粕漬、酒盗の先付
鱧、鯛、平政の造り。
鱧の椀。
琵琶湖産の鮎焼き。
枝豆の葛豆腐。
鱧と豆腐の蒸し物。
野菜の炊き合わせ。
夏鴨ロース。
鮎の煮浸し。
雲丹御飯。

京都でも初期にジビエを京料理に取り入れた草分け的なお店だそうです。その為か鴨ロースは絶品でした。蘇や鮎の煮浸しなどあまり他のお店では出されない料理も供されます。
主人がたった一人で全てを切り盛りできる7席のカウンターだけのお店です。
その為か、やや蒸し器を使った料理の品数が多い様に思います。
以前は別の場所で若い人を何人も使ってお店を営んでいた様です。
個性のかなり強い主人の様で話の端々に面白い発言や自慢話が飛び出します。
「とらや」の下手に店が有るので別名「ねこや」と称してはいますが果たしてそれが謙虚なのか？そうではないのか？分からない不思議な主人、この主人と気が合い主人の話を楽しめる方には良いお店だと思います。
