初めての訪問でした。
京都・神宮丸太町にある鶏料理専門店です。
土曜日の正午過ぎに伺いました。
店に入るとすぐ案内され、カウンター席に着きました。
こちらのお店は数々の有名人の方が訪れていて、高倉健さんの写真も飾られていました。
注文したのは、「鴨なんば 玉子かけごはん」
テレビで観たことのある大将が説明して下さいます。
先に名物の鶏スープが運ばれてきて、飲んでみると鶏の旨味そのものですね。
しばらくして到着。
タモリさんも食べたという玉子かけごはんは、黄身が鮮やかな色ですが、白身も黄色いですね。
いただいてみると、濃厚でなめらかですね。
鴨なんばをいただいてみると、鶏のお出汁がしっかり出ていて、鴨がたっぷり入っていましたが、脂が甘くて肉厚です。
鴨なんばと玉子かけごはんが合いますね。
帰りに玉子サブレをお土産にいただきました。
こちらも玉子の味がしっかり感じられました。
また別の鶏料理もいただいてみたいですね。
