三連休の渋滞、大阪から30分ほど遅れて
13時過ぎに相方と2人で入店
まずはお出汁をいただきます♪
そして
突き出しと八寸、冷たーいビールに癒されながら
14時までなので巻きで食べなくちゃ！と思っていると
他のお客様も次々に遅れて到着している模様
「ゆっくり飲んで食べておくれやす〜」とのこと
では遠慮なく 日本酒追加( ^ω^ )
丁寧にとられたお出汁に
ぷりんぷりんの鶏の正肉
暑い中 熱いものを食べる 口福
雑炊は普通の雑炊の2倍以上は入っているであろうフルフルの卵で
とろける雑炊！雑炊は飲み物だ〜‼︎
相方は何度か来たことあるそう
私はここの水炊きは初めてだったのだけどとても気に入りました。
個人的には京都の某有名店の二つより好きかも､､､
暑バテしそうな中、元気がみなぎりました。ごちそうさまです！
追記
お土産までいただき、店を出ようとすると
暑い中お父さんもお母さんも出てきて車が発車するまで見送って下さりました。
お客様への感謝を忘れず変わらぬ味を守り続けていることに頭が下がります。
また京都に寄った際には是非立ち寄ります。
