京都市、川端丸太町にある八起庵本店さんにお昼に伺いました。内装が改装されたカウンター席でお昼の献立から軍鶏丼と鴨なんばうどんのセットを頂きました。
◇八起庵自慢の鳥スープ
濃厚な鶏がらスープで有りながらも後味はすっきりです。
◇軍鶏丼(親子丼)
軍鶏(しゃも)と卵と少し多めのお出汁とのバランスが絶妙です。
◇鴨なんばうどん(小)
お葱がたっぷり入り京うどんとの相性が抜群に良かったです。
◇わらび餅
きな粉とハーブがしっかり効いていて美味しかったです。
お会計の後お土産のたまごぼうろを頂きました。
