予約時にカウンター席になっても良いかを確認されましたが、2階の個室に案内されました。
庵弁当3080円を頂きました。
鳥のスープは、淡く生姜の風味を感じる鳥の旨みを味わうスープ。
お刺身ふうに仕立てられた蒸し鳥はシソの下に千切り大根が隠れています。ポン酢をつけて頂くと鳥の旨みを感じます。
鳥テリーヌ、ミートボール、つくね、鴨ローストと鶏三昧です。普通の鶏そぼろとは異なり、粉末でびっくりです。
帰りに玉子ボーロを手土産に頂けます。
