My favorite Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) in Kyoto is Hakkian.I like the taste of the soup stock and the softness of the chicken.The Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) at other restaurants also uses famous brand chicken and is chewy, but I wonder if it really goes well with the eggs. I think the chicken in Hakkian's Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) is soft and fatty, so you can eat it easily without chewing too much.I think Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) is not like this ^^ The chicken at the main store has less skin and doesn't have that unpleasant, limp feeling. The main store is open on weekdays, even if you don't make a reservation, if it's not a course, you can go to the counter if it's the first time the store opens.It comes with chicken soup, chicken namba, Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl), and dessert warabi mochi for 3630 yen including tax.The Oyako-don (Chicken and egg bowl) is so delicious!
