I made a reservation for lunch through a friend's recommendation. There are two types of lunch: 2,500 yen and 4,800 yen. I chose the 4,800 yen lunch because I was introduced to a delicious restaurant and wanted to enjoy it. ☆Lunch course 4,800 yen Assorted appetizers Chef's recommended pasta Seafood made with seasonal Meat Dishes dessert Coffee, bread Appetizer: A variety of gorgeously presented appetizers. This alone is very satisfying. Buckwheat grissini from Fukui Prefecture, guanciale, grilled eggplant, cucumber, carrot, okra, radish, corinthian, Shinshu salmon carpaccio, red onion, lemon salt, corn soup, maitake mushroom fritters, cabbage omelette, Kujo leek cake, porcini mushroom mousse, potato chips, lotus root arrabbiata, small chicken terrine choux, Nakai's tomato, buffalo mozzarella cheese All the appetizers were so delicious that I drank all the sparkling wine with just the appetizers. I think the salmon was the best. Bread: Soft and chewy bread with fragrant olive oil. The bread was so delicious that I could eat it all. Risotto: Colorful risotto with plenty of vegetables Pasta: The aroma of pesto is amazing! It's so delicious that I want to order a whole plate. Meat: Saltimpocca Prosciutto is sandwiched between the two, and it goes really well with red wine. Dolce: Chestnut dessert Even the dessert was delicious! The coffee was fragrant and perfectly matched the moderate sweetness of the dessert. We started with sparkling wine! This was also an excellent sparkling wine with freshly opened, chilled bubbles and a gorgeous aroma. The second glass was white, and the third glass was red, so you can choose according to your taste and the food. And above all, the wine was delicious. The service was polite and the space was comfortable. It was a wonderful restaurant. I can understand why the person who introduced me said that this was the only place to go in Kyoto.
