当初予定していたお店が悉く休みで、彷徨っている中で出会ったお店。
店内はカウンターと座敷の老舗を感じる佇まい。
中は外国人の方が多かったですね。
さて肝心の料理ですが、
ちらし寿司と単品で雲丹と鮪を注文。
締めに干瓢巻きです。
ここはちらしが有名みたいなので、是非頼みましょう。
中は色々な具材が漬けにされていて一体化しています。
上の卵が良い口直しの役割です。
単品の鮪も雲丹も値段以上のクオリティでよかったです。
ちゃんとしたお店では干瓢巻きで締めるのが鉄則なので注文。太さ味付け共にバランスが良くステキでした。
偶然訪問したお店ですが、素晴らしい出会いに感謝です。
また来たいものですね。
なお現金払なので、その点は注意ですね。（普段現金持ち歩かない人は。）
