京都にはあまり来る事がないので、昨日はこちらでにしんそばを頂いて大変美味しかったので、心残りだったうどんを今日は頂く事にした。
天とじうどん¥1,700を注文。
5分ほどで着丼。
食欲をそそるビジュアルだ。
まずはお出汁を頂く。
美味いです。
次にうどん。
ん？
うどんというか、小麦っぽさを強く感じる麺だ。
次回、来る事があれば、卵とじではないうどんを頼もう。
