[By train] When you leave Hankyu Kawaramachi Station/Karasuma Station, or Shijo Station on the Karasuma subway line at Exit 11, you will see Daiwa Securities. Cross the crosswalk just before it and continue straight ahead. [By city bus] Westbound bus: After getting off at Shijo Kawaramachi, go straight to the right (west), and at the corner with the Matsumotokiyoshi tree, cross the crosswalk to the opposite side. Continue straight ahead and it is just a short distance away. Eastbound bus: After getting off at Shijo Takakura, go straight to the right (east), turn at Daiwa Securities and follow the road, and it is just a short distance away. 300 meters from Kyoto Kawaramachi. |

Located right next to Nishiki Market, Kyoto's kitchen. You can enjoy our specialty "Gontaro nabe" as well as udon, soba, and rice bowls in a relaxed atmosphere. |
“蕎麦”の味わいにはその土地柄がよく出ると思われます。
蕎麦自身の味わいだけで無く、ツユの出汁の取り方、濃い薄い、甘さ辛さ加減に加えて薬味等の種類、添え方などなど。
京都の“蕎麦”にも独特の味わいがあります。
特に“蕎麦ツユ”は相当鰹の出汁が効いており、どちらかというとやや甘め。そして蕎麦の茹で方は基本柔らかめです。
長年に亘ってこの味に馴染むと他の土地の“蕎麦”との違いに驚く事があります。
まぁ誰でも生まれ育った土地の“味”が一番と言う事なんでしょうね。
京都の住人に取り、こちら“権太呂”さんは定番中の定番蕎麦店だと思われます。
