ちょっと京都を感じるビジネスランチ
京都での仕事の合間にビジネスランチ。
地下鉄「烏丸御池駅」からほど近い「両川」さんで居酒屋ランチを頂きましたー。
<鯖煮定食(830円税込)>
■醤油煮込みの鯖煮。
鯖はしっかり煮込んで味は濃目。
ご飯が何杯でも頂けますが意見が分かれるかも…
■おばんざいは筍と人参、こんにゃく、お揚げさんなどの「焚き合せ」。
素材の旨味を上手く引き出した薄味の出汁風味。
たけのこが美味い！
■サラダはレタス、根野菜の和風マヨ風味。優しい〜
大阪や神戸にはあまり無い
ちょっと「京都」らしさを感じる味付け。
夜が気になりますが
先ず今度は日替わり定食を頂きに来ます。

京都市内での仕事がしばらく続きます。
その合間にちょっと気になっている烏丸御池の「両川」さんで再び居酒屋ランチ。
「日替わり定食」も気になりますが定番メニューの「鶏天の親子丼定食」を頂きました。
(^^;; ﾄﾘｶﾗ...ｽｷ!..ﾔﾈﾝ
こちらは「親子丼」に「おばんざい」二品。
■親子丼は「ムネ肉の鶏天」を卵でとじた丼。
素材の旨味を活かした薄味で上品な味付け。京都らしいこだわり。
■炊き合わせは「切干し大根」とちくわの炊き合わせ。
こちらも薄味で体に優しい風味。
■サラダはコールスローみたいなかにかまサラダ。よくある「生野菜-ドレッシング」の尖った風味ではなく自然と食欲がすすむ一品。
このサラダやっならなんぼでも頂けます。
最初は何か物足りない無さを感じましたが「優しさに包まれた食事」に最後はホットした気分。
夜に伺ってみたくなりました。
