November 2023_ First visit by making a reservation at 17:00 on Saturday. Ryosen is Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) located about a 4-minute walk northwest of Karasuma Oike Station. The owner of my favorite Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) in Nagoya, which I visit regularly, had praised the food at Ryokawa, so I was intrigued and decided to visit. The restaurant is smaller than I expected, with two tables that seat four people and about six counter seats. The restaurant is run by the owner and his wife, and the atmosphere makes it easy to have a conversation over the counter, making it very comfortable (^^) The menu consists of local specialties and seasonal items. There are listed items, sake brands, and drinks in general, and this time we will focus on the famous dishes, ---------------- ■(Otoshi) Soup ...Suddenly exquisite! ◉WOODMILL BREWERY.KYOTO: 800 yen...Craft beer from Kyoto ■Yakisomo: 1,490 yen...From Akashi's 6kg kanpachi, the flesh is shaved, only the best parts are used, and grilled to the right degree ♪ Accompanied with plums For the meat sauce, the plum meat is aged for a year to bring out the flavor and give it a mellow taste! ■Ryokawa Cheese: 1,050 yen...A time-consuming dish made by mixing cheese with fish pieces cooked in oil and letting it sit at -2℃ for half a year! The miso used takes a lot of time and effort to make, resulting in the best namero ever! ◉Mie RIE STYLE Tsukimi Neko Label Yamahai Special Junmai Unfiltered Pasteurized ■Ichiki's Mackerel: 990 yen...A dish carefully cooked over 3 days. Favorite of a certain famous actor! ■We received a total of rice ---------------- ♪ All the dishes may not look fancy, but they were prepared with great effort and deliciousness. I'm here! Exquisite dishes that look like they can be eaten elsewhere, but can only be tasted here! We had a great time with delicious drinks♪ Thank you for the meal! This is sure to be repeated (^^)
