４月あたま、ちょうど桜の美しい時期に予約が重なって、
嬉しい宿泊になりました。
お部屋は寿の間。
到着の部屋の説明は機敏でお客様に不快感をいっさいのこさないパーフェクト、
仲居さんも素晴らしく行き届いています。
お料理は。派手さはありませんんが、その全てが丁寧に作られているのが感じられます。
お料理だけでいくと、お向かいの柊屋さんのほうが、おだし使いが好みで、感覚的には尖った洗練された感じです。
旅館名だけに、わざとお部屋の近くまでお料理を運んでくると足音を立たせて、もうすぐ失礼しますよ、といった合図のように思えたのですが、あれは考え過ぎかしら？笑
お部屋にはお庭も眺められ、お風呂からも少し見れます。
こちらはサービスを志す人たちは１回はなんとか訪れる価値のある、最高峰でしょう。
また再訪致します。
