ブライトンホテルの中華はおいしいよとここ何人かに勧められまして行ってまいりました^_^
平日ランチ¥3300でコースでいただけるのはお得感があります。
駐車場ももちろん食事利用ならサービス内で、ホテルでのお食事は駐車場の心配がなく便利です。
ホテル内ということで店内とても落ち着いた感じ、サービスしてくださる方々もこまめにお茶を入れてくださったり、付かず離れずなサービスがとても心地よく感じました。
お茶のジャスミンティーポットサービスも嬉しいです。
前菜からはイカの生姜ニンニク胡麻油炒めと絹サヤの味が好みで、
スープも温かく、揚げ物のおかき揚げはサクサクととてもおいしかったです。
メインは選択制で酢豚とホタテ炒めをチョイスで想像通り、中華チマキまできましたらもうお腹いっぱいでボリューム満点でした。
デザートは普通。
全体的においしいですが味がしっかりめで、よくあるホテル中華より濃いめに感じました。
しかし手の込んだ温かい料理を一品ずついただけるのは贅沢であります。
