初めてのトルコ料理でした。
イメージでは、もっとエスニックなお味を想像していましたが、肉料理以外は、どれもアッサリとして、ほとんどクセのない感じで、万人受けする感じでした!
肉料理に関しては、塩味とスパイスが結構効いていて、異国の料理を食べている感じがして、良かったです!
どの料理もすごく美味しくて、満足でした。
チャイも美味しかった。
