On this day, I had a regular site meeting in Osaka from the morning. After finishing the meeting in the afternoon, I moved to Kyoto, where accommodation is cheap as usual. I worked at the hotel until night, and now it's time for dinner... When I'm concentrating on work, it's quite a hassle to eat out. But since I'm in Kyoto, I'll try something new. I had never heard of the restaurant that Pi-Tan-Tan had been wondering about the other day, so I went to check it out. Grill Demi is located near Marutamachi Station on the Karasuma subway line, near the entrance to Ebisugawa-dori Ryogaecho-dori Nishi! Almost next door is Yakko, a nama soba restaurant famous for its key ♪ I arrived at the store around 7:20 pm! There was a group of six young girls waiting outside... I followed their lead and waited. There were many customers who were young students. While I was waiting, the menu was passed around. It seems that the tongue stew Hamburg is a specialty. I waited for about 20 minutes and went to a counter seat inside the store. I ordered the ultimate set meal of tongue stew hamburger + thick-cut tongue Steak + boiled tongue with salad, rice, and miso soup! The salad arrived immediately. It comes with potato salad and tastes just as good as normal. After waiting for about 10 minutes, the Goku Teishoku arrives! First, a thick-cut tongue Steak. It was a little rare...maybe it would be easier to chew if it was cooked a little longer? The boiled tongue was delicious, falling apart easily. And then there's their famous tongue stew burger! First of all, their proud demi-glace sauce is delicious♪ The meat is very plump and meaty. If you're a student, you'll probably eat a full plate of Hamburg steak, a full plate of tongue from the tongue stew, and a full plate of rice with the demi-glace. Isn't this a good place for a hearty meal? It was delicious! Thank you for the meal!
