「餃子は鉄板焼きで頂くのは普通でしょう！」って福岡出身の私は当たり前だと思っておりましたが・・・
実は鉄板焼きで餃子を頂くスタイルは博多とか福岡のスタイルだったことをこの店に来て初めて知りました。
というわけで、京都で鉄板焼きの餃子をいただけるのはかなりレアです！
ここのオーナーは女性店主、そんな彼女が全国の餃子を食べ歩いて完成したのが、にんにく不使用の餃子です。
にんにく不使用だから味はパンチがなくていまいちなのではとおもわれますが、パンチを聞かせるために何種類ものスパイスを餃子に使用しております！
ニンニク臭くないからデートにもお勧めスポットですよ（笑）
