麺や高倉二条は、素晴らしい評価を受けている。どんなラーメンなのか、楽しみに開店直後に向かうが、Google マップが示す場所についても店が見つからない。他にも迷ってる方がちらほら。まるで脱出ゲームかのようによーく探すと入り口発見。中に5名ほど待っていましたが、土曜日の割には空いていて安心。
スープは深いコクと香りがあり、一口飲むとまさに舌の上で旨味が広がります。麺も独自の製法で作られており、喉ごしの良さとモチモチ感が絶妙です。さらに、具材も新鮮でこだわりを感じます。店内の雰囲気も落ち着いており、ゆったりとした時間を過ごせそうです。当日はちょっと店長らしき方が忙しそうで心配になってしまいましたが、満足度の高い食体験ができました。
