以前から目をつけていた、京都二条にある有名店。
JR京都駅から地下鉄で二条烏丸に向かって徒歩10分くらい。店構えがなにもなくて、数人の列がなければ発見困難。店らしにところで待つこと20分くらいで入れました。
ここは、つけ麺とラーメンを選べて、更に麺をノーマルと柚麺を選択するようです。
スープは、鰹節の強い香を感じる超濃厚な旨味のドロドロな粘土の高いやつ。これが、中太の麺に良く絡むこと。
超濃厚な食味なのだけど、塩味はそれほど強くなくて、グルタミン酸の旨味で食べられる。
京都で食べたラーメンの中で、いちばん美味しいと感じた。
店内、外国人も多くて回転は悪いけど、また来たいとおもいます。
