本日はカフェの日〜
烏丸御池にあるカフェ 火裏蓮花さんにて
「けずり氷」を頂きました。
炎天下の京都遠征〜
一店舗目から炎天下の中、長蛇の列で
フラフラになりそうな体力を回復すべく
cafeの名店検索。
実は京都はcafeやスイーツの名店が
多いのです^ ^
最寄りに魅力的なかき氷がUPしてある
名店発見し、訪問することにしました♪
道中何やら人だかり､､､
何だろう？と注視すると大きな鉾が
道路を進行中､､､そうか、今日は祇園祭！
それなら、観光客も多いはずです。
毎回お店の情報は調べているのですが
街のイベントはノーマーク。
今後はそこも調べて訪問することに
します^ ^
13：28到着。
隠れ家的な古民家風の店舗が魅力的。
幸い待ち無し。
しかも、入口の貼り紙では
「けずり氷は13:30から提供」とのこと
時間もぴったりでついてる^ ^
【注文】けずり氷 1,450円也
・橘香るけずり氷
オレンジ、レモン、グレープフルーツの
果肉を皮を剥いて発酵させたシロップで
覆われたかき氷､､､
良く見ると果肉の粒が残っていて
その食感も楽しめます♪
味わいは何とも言えない甘さ強めの
甘酸っぱさがとても美味しい^ ^
果肉の粒は表面だけですが、
シロップは中までしっかりと
仕込んであります♪
上からシロップをかけただけでは
これほど綺麗に整形された形には
ならないので、シロップをかけた後、
何回も整形して最後に果肉粒で
覆われたのではないでしょうか。
とても手間暇かけた"作品"だと思います。
付け合わせの黒糖生姜蜜も生姜のピリ辛感
が甘いかき氷には良いアクセント。
そのままかけると味が全て変わってしまう
のでスプーンに取った氷に
少しずつかけましたが、
これもアリだと思いました！
店内も京都ならではの落ち着いた空間
に設えられていてゆっくりかき氷を
楽しむことができました♪
