所用で京都の「同志社大学」に行った際に「アマーク ド パラディ 寒梅館」で昼食です。
「同志社大学」室町キャンパスの「寒梅館」の1Fにあるので学食っぽいですが、一般の方も利用出来ます。
店名の「Hamac de Paradi（アマーク ド パラディ）」は、フランス語で「楽園のハンモック」という意味です。
「GARB（ガーブ）」などを手掛ける、東京都台東区に本社がある外食産業の「株式会社バルニバービ」の経営です。
店内は、こんな感じです。奥の壁面は鏡なので2倍奥行きがあるように見える視覚効果です。
「アマークランチ」（700円）は「豚肩肉のソテー」でした。
分厚い豚肩肉に掛かっているクリームイエローのソースは「北海道産カボチャを使ったパンプキンソース」です。
ナイフを拒絶するかのようなレジリエントな肉質の豚肩肉は、ボリュームも満点です。
パンプキンソースが、甘いです。スープが付いていれば申し分ないのですが。
スープ皿だとトレーに載りきらないので、カップスープでも構いませんので。
他には「M-1コンビランチ」、「世界の麺ランチ」、「揚げ揚げランチ」、「ライスフードランチ」がありました。
