蕎麦屋がBARか？BARが蕎麦屋か？
昼時、お腹が空いたとプラプラしていると、見た事の無い、こぢんまりとした蕎麦屋を発見！
夜はBARらしく、入り口が良い意味で蕎麦屋らしく無い。お洒落なお店です。
カウンターのみで先客2名。チラ見しながら食べているモノをチェック。やはり最初はざる蕎麦を注文。普通盛りの2倍で1,300円。かなりなボリュームなので、コスパは良いと思います。
京都市内にある「ろうじな」さんや「蕎麦まつもと」さんと比べるとやや太目の蕎麦。ツユも甘辛ず塩辛ずで上品な感じ。
やや太目の蕎麦なので、もう少し辛い？濃い？ツユの方が全体的に締まった感じがして良いかな、と思いました。
緊急事態宣言中の為、日本酒は飲めませんでしたが、次回は蕎麦がきと日本酒を楽しみたいと思います。

一人で切り盛りされていて、バタバタと立ち回っているからなのか？茹でた後の締めが少し弱いと思うかな。前回も同じ感想。水道水に加えて氷水でキリっと締めて欲しい。
後半少し蕎麦がダラける？伸びる？感じがして勿体ない。
次に期待したい。
