またまた妻と京都の旅。
前々から狙っていた進々堂さんの
カレーパンとピロシキをGET。
【まとめ】
しば漬カレーパン 300円
直径70mm程度、厚さ30mmの
しば漬けの入ったカレーパン。
全体的にしなっているがそれでも衣はサクサク。
パン自体はかなり甘い、バターの風味もある。
中のカレーはマイルドだけど本格的なビーフ。
しば漬けの酸味と乳酸菌由来の甘味がかなりいいアクセント。
どことなく福神漬け入りカレーに似ているが美味しい。
すぐきピロシキ 300円
大きさ80×50mm程度、厚さ30mmのピロシキ。
ふわもちの優しい甘さパンの中に
豚肉とたけのこ、すぐき、春雨。
こちらは漬物の旨味と酸味がいい仕事をしてる。
豚肉の旨味とのコラボレーションが素晴らしい。
