パンの超激戦地の京都。すでに東京進出を果たした。プチメックなどもあるが。まだまだ綺羅星のごとく人気店が。他方、この地には「気軽に利用出来る」。それでいて結構こだわりの。そういうパン店も健在。いずれ東京にも進出。
中でも新進堂。府庁前、御池、寺町など。観光スポットで頻繁に見かける。憎らしいのはどの店も。歩き憑かれた時に、特に重宝。多くがイートイン出来る。そういう便利このうえない場所に。特に御池通りの店など。広い歩道のテラス席。
先ほど京都府庁内のカフェへ。残念ながら休業中。それで麩饅頭を購入した後で。朝食で渋皮栗とナッツのタルトを。実はこの日は時代祭。2時間の長丁場。記念すべき秋の大イベント。まずは腹ごしらえ。香ばしい栗のタルトこそ。華やかさを添える。
