気になっていたお店で予約して行きました。
細い路地にあり少し迷いました(笑)
まず初めに蒸し鶏の山椒ソース、やわらかくてしっとり美味しかったです˶˃ᴗ˂˶
次にエビのマヨネーズ炒め、プリプリのエビに甘めでコクのあるマヨソース。よくあるエビマヨとは違った美味しさでした。
唐揚げは、サクっとジューシー。フリッター？のような衣で、優しいお味でした。
石焼き麻婆豆腐は、グツグツで熱すぎて中々食べれませんでした(笑)が、コクがあり美味しかったです。
豚の黒酢炒りつけは、カリカリに揚げた豚肉に黒酢の甘酸っぱさとガーリックチップがクセになるお味でした。
最後は本日の炒飯で、あさりの炒飯。想像よりしっかり濃いめの味付けで、しっとりしてました。
また他のメニューも食べてみたいです。
