京都市営地下鉄烏丸御池駅から徒歩６分のところにある当店。駐車場なし。当店は、昭和３２年創業の京都の大衆食堂。特に冬の牡蠣が旨いとの評判でお邪魔することに。週末のランチ訪問。京都の人気店はどこも並んでいる。当店も例に漏れず、多少並ぶが、回転は速い。お邪魔した時は２組待ち。１０分ほど待って店内へ。店内は社員食堂のような雰囲気。カウンター席とテーブル席があり、一人だったのでカウンター席に案内してもらった。注文したのは、
○かきフライ定食１３８０円税込
○かきごはん（並）定食とセットで５００円税込
かきフライ定食は、かきのみのＡ、かきと魚フライのＢ、かきとだし巻きのＣから選択で、Ａをお願いした。牡蠣は５個入っている。ちょっと小ぶりで、コスパが良いという訳ではない。味も普通かな。しかし、かきごはんが良かった。牡蠣は４個上に乗っている。ストレートに牡蠣の旨味が楽しめた。このセットで１８８０円税込はちょっとお高めに感じたが、かきごはんが美味しかったので、この評価にした。また機会があれば、お邪魔したい。
