本日は京都市役所前にある、
とんかつ山本さんにて、
「ろーすかつ定食」を頂きました。
祝日のお昼〜
本日は京都遠征。
久し振りの訪問でもあり、
連食前提の朝食抜き。
一軒目を開店前に並んで一巡目に入れた
こともあり、まだまだお昼時間。
とりあえず、沢山の百名店がある
市内中心地に移動してから検索です。
最近見直された「豚カツ」と「お蕎麦」の
百名店に絞って検索すると、
京都市役所近辺で名店発見！
とんかつの名店はレビューを見ると
予約必須とのコメントもあったので
ダメ元で覗いてみると、幸い空席あり。
【注文】ろーすかつ定食 2,090円也
◇◇◇◇とんかつ
お昼のサービス定食は、
「ヘレ」「ロース」「角煮」の豚シリーズが
2,090円。ビーフが4,400円。
ミンチカツが1,650円。
豚の脂身の虜になってしまった自分は
迷わずロースを選択。
注文して10分足らずで着皿です♪
とんかつは薄めの衣がしっかり目に
揚げられていてサクサク♪
お肉は黒胡椒で下味をつけられている
ので、ややspicyな味わい。
火も中までしっかりと通っていて
お肉の歯切れ良く美味しい♪
とんかつソースもやや辛めで
ココは好みが分かれるところかも。

白ご飯、キャベツ、豚汁、お惣菜
と漬物｡
漬物と豚汁が糠の風味が強めで印象的。
キャベツはざく切りで、
特に味付けはありません。
今回はとんかつ屋で良くある、
オリジナルドレッシングも無かったです
程なく完食。
とんかつ店では珍しく、
お昼から日本酒も提供されていて、
常連さんはお休みの昼下がりを
一杯やりながら楽しまれていました^ ^
店員さんはとてもfriendlyで
お客様への気遣いも素晴らしい！
