八丁堀の福屋で開催していた京都展に
出展中のこちらへ伺いました。
注文は初めから決めていた「にしんそば」(972円)の食券を受け取り
空いた席に座りました。
待つこと数分でにしんそばが運ばれてきました。
まずは汁ですがすっきりした味わい
にしんを数回揺らして、再び汁を飲むと
にしんの甘みが増しておいしいです。
そばはやや白っぽく、のど越しも申し分なし。
最後はにしんをほぐしながら、そばを啜りました。
広島はもちろん、長野や東京でも味わえない味わい
京都に行ったら、蕎麦屋さんに行きたいなと思いました。
