I visited around 11:30. It is located in the basement of the clinic. The restaurant has a calm atmosphere, and I was able to enjoy my meal at a leisurely pace. ◯ Appetizer Scallop Carpaccio First, when it came out, it was so beautiful that I wanted to shout "Wow!" It was an appetizer like a flower garden, with sauce scattered all over it. It had an elegant taste. ◯ Soup Pumpkin Potage The rich potage contains chickpeas and diced vegetables, giving it the feel of a soup to eat. The cream on top was slightly whipped, giving it a fun texture. ◯ Baguette It was a soft bread. I ate it with olive oil. ◯ Fish dish Grilled sea bass Colorful vegetables were laid under the sea bass, whose skin was grilled to a fragrant finish. The sauce was refreshing and easy to eat. ◯ Meat Dishes Chicken stewed in cream The Staub pot contained chunks of chicken that had been stewed so softly that it could be broken with a spoon.
