店名には、花ある心でお客様をもてなす場、そして菓子本来の味を楽しんで頂きたいという想いを込めているということです。
建物は建立元禄十三年の町家で、暖簾をくぐるとゆったりとした空間に和菓子が並び、併設されている「然カフェ」では中庭を眺めながら寛ぎのひとときを過ごすことができます。

シャインマスカットやいちじく、さつまいもチップスなど
秋の味覚を盛りつけられています。

果実の美味しさは語ることはありませんが、クリームと寒天の自然な甘さは老舗の上品な味です。
黒蜜が付いていますので好みで味変でき、少しかけてみましたがやっぱりそのままの方がいいかな。
ドリンクは選りすぐりの茶葉を使用した日本茶や、茶釜の湯で点てる抹茶、コーヒー、紅茶等が揃っています。

迷ったけど、やっぱりアイスコーヒー。
香り高いコクと深みのある美味しい風味です。
お薦めカステラが試食でミニサイズを付けていただきましたが、最後に口に入れた瞬間、生臭い感。何だろう？
自慢の品にケチを付けた訳じゃなく、ぼくの食味舌が壊れていました。
中庭がを眺めながら、ゆっくりと過ごす、美味しい時間は最高ですね。
